Every clean comes with our hotel finish: neat beds, folded towels and shining fixtures. Recurring plans (weekly, every other week or monthly) keep the same cleaner whenever their schedule allows.

Deep clean

A top-to-bottom reset of the buildup that collects over months.

Every space is different, so we start with a quick call and an in-person walkthrough, then build a cleaning plan and price around your space and schedule. Here is what a typical clean covers.

1Progress cleans

While the project is still going. We come every 2 weeks (or on your schedule) to clear dust and debris, so the site never gets out of hand and always looks good for client and owner visits.

2Final clean

After the work is done. The detailed clean, top to bottom.

3Touch-up

Before handoff. A last pass for dust that settled after the final clean.

Why progress cleaning?

Waiting until the end means one huge, slow, expensive clean. Regular progress cleans keep the dust under control, make the site safer for your crews, and make the final clean faster and easier. Book them every 2 weeks, weekly or monthly until the project wraps, then we finish with the final clean.

Heavy debris removal and dumpster haul-off are not included.
